Welcome to the future of protection education and facilitation. V.I.P.E.R.S. certified Threat Management Specialists specialize in non-violent threat managemnt tactical strategies and logistics. The V.I.P.E.R.S. academy is the ultimate advanced tactical bodyguard taining and employment referral academy. We are the worlds only performance based tactical training platform that requires its candidates to except the possibility of serious bodialy injury or death durng the training process. The V.I.P.E.R.S. Academy is located in Detroit, by design, it is the most dangerous city in the United States, and we have successfully operated for over 15 years without failure and without causing collateral damage and avoidable death. The V.I.P.E.R.S. program is the platform for becoming a Threat Management Specialist, the ultimate in bodyguard training and facilitation. The V.I.P.E.R.S. Academy graduates will be required to put thir lives in danger during the training process to make sure that they are dedicated to their mission of being excellent at protecting their clients' lives. V.I.P.E.R.S. are battle proven upon graduation from the need and without any financial incentives. The purpose of this level of selflessness is to ensure that we do not train money motivated people; those who are money motivated are susceptible to selling their loyalty to the highest bidder therefore putting our clients at risk. V.I.P.E.R.S. are mission motivated professionals who take pride in their ever training infrastructure which requres all V.I.P.E.R.S. to train daily before they can deploy on any and all missions. The reason for this level of requried training is to ensure that only the best candidates will graduate from the V.I.P.E.R.S. program and become a Threat Management Facilitator. Upon graduationfrom all 25 component certifications V.I.P.E.R.S. are elevated to the status of a certified Threat Management Specialist. All participants are required to be on call to protect those who are in need of escort and protection from immediate danger. This form of public service is not optional. it is the real world method of determining a candidate's true capabilityto manage fear under stress and duress prior to contact with client in potentionally critical situations. This level of testing is unique to our infrastructure. We allow participants to pay for their training by deploying on these types of real world training missions. Candidates who cannot perform to the highest standards are replaced by those who can exceed them in performance. V.I.P.E.R.S. learn how to create a non-violent outcomes from a situation that would normally end in serious bodily injury and death. Because we specialize in methods or reducing violence, colleges corporations and community based organizations hire Threat Management Specialists to train their staff and their children in urban survival tactics to increase their chances of survival in any life threatening situation.
Graduates become instructors of Threat Management and facilitate corporations and communities. The starting salary for graduates range from $50,000 annually, and after 5 years of deployment $150,000+ annually can be expected. V.I.P.E.R.S.
